condo is great. the huge sectional sofa is amazing. It is a short walk to the beach but the owners provide a beach wagon to carry all your stuff. This unit is closest to the road so you just have to walk through the condo complex and then down the boardwalk. (You don't have to cross any traffic). The unit overlooks the pool area. I do wish there were more chairs for the pool area, but that is no fault of the owners. Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, coffee maker, etc.

Very nice condo has everything you need. Had everything we needed although we did not cook dinner as we ate out each night. The included beach stuff is great and the cart is very helpful since the condo isn't really close to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a great place to stay. No problems with parking spots. I only wished it was closer to the beach. In the end that was not a big issues since we drove on beach. You do need to have a four wheel drive vehicle or they will not let you drive on the beach.

This place was so great!!. My husband, myself and teenage son stayed here for 3 days and we loved everything about it. It was even nicer than described in the posting. The furniture was modern, loved the tile flooring. Kitchen had everything someone would need to cook with, even including a couple different types of coffee machines. The bedrooms were nice, wirh the master bedroom being huge including a sitting area and beautiful views and private door onto the balcony. There was a ton of space to put our clothing and the like. Tons of dresser space and a walk in closet. We were really impressed with the balcony. Was a lot bigger and nicer than we thought with a table and 4 chairs and a separate lounger as well. They even had a closet full of beach toys, umbrella etc and towels that could be used by the guests. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach is actually pretty close but have to kind of wind around some other properties to get to it so take a bit longer to walk there. The property did have a pool and hot tub but we did not have the time to use it. Location was pretty quiet with hardly anyone using the pool. Ac is a bit thing for me as I'm from the north :), and I was able to keep the property at 67 degrees like I'm used to. Was very happy with the air conditioning. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely rent this unit again if we are in the area.

Great location close to historic St Augustine and a short walk to the beach. Publix and Winn Dixie also close to the condo as well as several local restaurants. Patty was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Thank you Patty.
