We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and very nice and loved that we were so close to the beach. The 2 pools were just as great and what a clean facility. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again. The unit was very spacious and clean! The views were amazing and location was great for us to keep an eye on the kids at the pool or the tennis courts. The manager was very pleasant and easy to contact. We definitely stay here again. We had a great vacation!

Clean properly, pool, beach access. Kitchen full stocked with kitchen ware. The washing machine is very small so don't expect to wash all the towels and sheets in a couple loads. Wish I would have seen the beach chairs in the closet on day one! Overall an excellent place for a vacation!

The condo was very clean and in the perfect spot to head to the beach or the pool. The property is in a good part of town - easy to reach many attractions. They even provided a pack n play for my little one. I only wish there had been some sort of gate for the stairs.

My husband and I fell in love with St Augustine Beach and our temporary residence away from home. We stayed for four weeks in March-April 2021. The two-story condo is lovely and cozy, at a wonderful location - by the beach, close to everything one would need.. We enjoyed the two large balconies with ocean view. The condo comfortably fits 6 people, and the 2.5 BA are a huge plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything even a gourmet cook would need. We mostly ate at home and cooked our meals due to Covid. St Augustine has incredible restraints, and we also liked a lot the local restaurant Odd Birds. Both my husband and I were able to work remotely thanks to the high speed internet. The hosts Patty and Harry are always available for assistance. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable. We would definitely come back.

I was anxious about traveling but the process was seamless. Area is residential which is what we wanted, not a lot of commercial activity. Older building but has been upgraded completely on the inside, unit was very clean, great view, walkway to beach. The welcome sign and snacks were a nice touch. There were even beach chairs in the closet. We're hoping to come back soon.

This is our second time staying at this condo. We all loved it....it was a perfect way to vacation during the pandemic. Beach access is super close and this section is not crowded and the pool was perfect for when we were tired of the beach. Condo was super clean and everything was great!

My sister and I met some very nice people at Sea Place at their monthly pot luck dinner. Very friendly. The condo is everything we expected it to be. Patty and Harry have taken care of all our questions and made sure any problems we had were resolved. Lots of things to do and see in St. Augustine.
