Unit was exactly as advertised. The boardwalk to the beach is a quick walk from the house, and there are chairs and a wagon available if you need it. The only issue we had was an incorrect gate code, but we were able to get in touch quickly with Patty and get the correct code, so it was essentially a non-issue. The location of the unit is also very convenient for restaurants, entertainment, and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was the perfect place for our girls trip. Such a cute place with excellent front porch views of the dunes and just a quick walk to the beach. We loved the house and location and look forward to visiting again!

We really enjoyed this little cottage. It had all the details taken care of. Great furnishings, all the kitchen stuff you could need, immaculately clean. The most comfortable king size bed ever! The house is "front beach" but tucked in behind some low dunes (this was understood from listing so expected). You can't see the water but you can hear it from the large comfortable back deck. Just 100' to the boardwalk onto the beach. Quiet, family atmosphere. I'd definitely come back. Loved it. - (Jun 2022 - VRBO)

The cottage was a perfect getaway for our few days at the beach. The kitchen was furnished with everything needed. I would recommend this cottage to those looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Great location. 3 minute walk to beach, chairs provided. One house from walkway and behind sand dunes, actually gives you more privacy. Quiet area, met friendly nextdoor neighbor, Eric. Loved the veranda and outdoor shower to rise. Nice community pool, 2 minute walk. Assigned parking spot. 15 min drive to downtown. House was clean and cool. Only suggestion is some sharper kitchen knives. Patty and Harry are great. Harry, thank you for your service to Wheatridge, CO. I'm already booked for next year!

A very nice place to stay. Felt like home. Beautiful beach with easy access. Convenient proximity to downtown. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Very clean, well maintained, and well furnished. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time in St Augustine Beach and loved this little bungalow on the beach. The house is clean, quiet and tucked right up on the dunes. Check in was easy and we did not have any issues at all during our stay. It is a 30 second walk to the beach with a private access point exclusive to the neighborhood. We met many of the permanent residents of the neighborhood and they were welcoming and happy to have us there. The location on A1A is also prime as it's a few blocks to some great food spots and surf shops but far away from the hotels and the busier spots. All in all, if you're looking for a nice spot on St Aug Beach and want to have some peace and quiet, this is the place. 5 stars

The condo at 23 Barracuda Drive was the perfect spot for a getaway to St. Augustine. The condo (more like a bungalow) was spacious, well-furnished, and literally just steps from the private entrance to the beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance and downtown St. Augustine is just a short drive. This place is perfect for a couple or small family!

Just wanted to thank you for organizing our stay at the cottage at 23 Barracuda Dr. It was an absolute delight! The sounds of the sea and the views of the dunes were breathtaking. Waking up to a sun filled kitchen and living room and having our morning coffee on the porch was just wonderful. Since we walk every day, seeing the sunrise on the beach was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!
