My family and I had a nice and relaxing stay. We look forward to visiting again. Great location to great restaurants, shops and grocery stores. This location was nice and quiet wasn't over packed. Enjoyed the pool right out the back patio. Beach was just a short walk away.

This trip was perfect and this unit couldn't have been better. It was only steps from the two pools and the beach. We stayed there for over a month and had no issues. There are a number of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely book here again.

We loved our October/November stay at Ponce Landing. Weather perfect except for 2 days of nor'easter. The condo had everything we needed, was cute, clean and had great air conditioning. Dog friendly location next door to mini golf (played often), walking distance to Beachcomber and Mango Mango, our faves, and bicycling distance to everywhere, including Terra-Aqua (great food), the post office, grocery-liquor stores. And I can't say enough about how much we loved the garage. Room for our bikes, beach chairs, laundry. That is a real plus. And then Harry and Patty were great to work with. Highly recommend.

This entire complex is very nice and well kept. It is about a 5 min walk to the beach from the back patio. We loved the master bedroom balcony and being able to watch the kids swim in the evenings. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable mattress in the master, and smart TV in the living room. New flooring looks great and really updates the look of the unit. We loved that we could bring our dogs! A few items need some attention, but nothing out of the norm. The upstairs guest bedroom could use an update, but it served the kids well. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time on our stay. The condo was absolutely perfect. The pool was just off our back patio and the beach was just steps away. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could ask for. The location was perfect. Only a few minute drive to Historic St. Augustine and tons of great restaurants and shops. We will be back for sure. Had a blast!

This was a perfect little place for our family of 4! The weather wasn't cooperative so we unfortunately spent a lot of time inside. Luckily the accommodations were comfy and cozy! Love all the little decks too! The owners left our kids little Easter surprises which was so sweet! Thank you!

Patty and Harry were very friendly, helpful and kind. We loved that we were so close to the beach and to the pool area. There's even miniature golf at walking distance and a short car ride to the historic areas of St. Augustine. The pictures don't do justice to this beautiful place. Nicely decorated with all of the amenities to make you feel at home. We would stay here again.
