Villas was a great break from the chaos. Parking was easy (phew!), the views were great, the condo (304) was very well furnished and immaculately clean. We brought a large family and EVERYONE enjoyed themselves. Patty and Harry were fantastic! We look forward to coming back!

Very nice accommodations. Pool and hot tub were very close and had bathrooms. A little bit of a walk through the complex to get to the beach, but it was very nice and not crowded. Lots of restaurants in the area within 6 miles. Enjoyed our stay!

Overall, the condo was great. All of our group had a great time in St. Augustine. Communication with Patty was quick and easy. Check-in was straight forward and check-out was even easier. The only thing I wasn't really expecting was the walk to the beach. We assumed it was a pretty straightforward walk but it's through a bunch of drive ways and peoples side yard. The photos were a little misleading in this way, but overall for the price it was worth the little side trek. Not to bad when you are just bringing down a few things but carrying down our tent and cooler became a hassle. Overall great trip, we would come back for sure!

Wow! From the moment we booked until we checked out this stay was fabulous! Ms. Patty was super easy to get in contact with and talk to. Upon arrival, we were treated with a welcome sign and snacks for the kiddos! The condo was so spacious and so clean! This was our first trip to St. Augustine and we loved every minute of it! We stay here for 4 days with my family . Ms Patty was so kind on leaving some treats for my babies as same and the welcome message (my kids loved it ) I did the reservation one day prior to my arrival and everything went smooth. We enjoyed our stay, would stay here again. It is a quick 10 minute walk through the complex to the beach, not bad at all. If you are taking a lot of stuff to the beach I would suggest driving the half mile to get on the beach, the sand dunes can be pretty tuff with the cart loaded down with cooler and chairs and whatever else you have. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything we needed, we also used the community grill twice and that worked great as well. This condo is located near the pool as well. Nice roomy place For 5 adults, we enjoyed it.

My girlfriend and our 5 kids had an amazing week in St Augustine. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a week and then some. Check in was easy and we had easy access to the beach and the pool.

Really enjoy our stay! This condo was perfect for us. When we arrived there was a fire alarm beeping (battery low). I was able to call the property manager and found a solution. The walk to the beach is pretty long with little kids but with the help of a wagon and cart it was very doable. There is a cart in the condo and then we brought a wagon with us. I would highly recommend anyone coming with kids bring a wagon as well. Overall really enjoyed our stay!
