Great home in a great location. Good views of the beach and close to everything. The place was clean and we had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having living areas and kitchens on both floors.

We spent a week at #25. Our family has stayed at Surf Crest Village previously, and this time we had a lot of other family stay at a handful of cottages. It was very convenient to the beach and lovely to visit everyone else that traveled and meet up and one another's places for meals. We had a great time enjoying the pool too. Easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown St. Augustine. We hope to return in the future. - (Jul 2022 - VRBO)

Gorgeous ocean views from the second floor and beautiful deck overlooking ocean that is nice and shady in the late evening. The two story villa was perfect for our family. Unit was super clean and smelled great upon checking in!

All went smoothly,. Instructions very clear and all worked out as expected. Enjoyed our time. The stars on the beach at night are stunning over the dune preservation area. A little surprised to see a car lane on the beach but was only crowded with vehicles on Christmas Day. All in all a relaxing spot very convenient to walk over to private neighborhood boardwalk to beach. Neighbors very nice, quiet and friendly.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The beds were comfortable. The ac actually stayed cold during the day. Had everything we needed. The internet and tv was slow or intermittent at times during clouds or storms but we would rather take that time to ride around and see the sites. Will stay here again

This place was perfect for our family vacation. First, the proximity to the beach was fantastic. You walk out the door and the boardwalk is about 20 yards away and then you're on the beach. Plus, it's a private boardwalk so it's only the people in that community using it. First time we've had an upstairs AND downstairs living room and kitchen. Mom and Dad upstairs and the kids got to "pretend" they had their own place downstairs (which means they had to clean it also). View of the ocean from the deck, many restaurants in walking distance. It was just perfect!! At least one morning, we would recommend getting up early and catching the sunrise over the ocean.totally worth it. The house had everything we needed and we would stay here again without question.

We had a fabulous time. This house was clean and right off at the beach access. We took our little dog and loved the dog friendly area. Would love to stay here again when we plan a visit to St. Augustine. Believe me it will take more than one trip to see all you will want to see.

We only stayed the weekend, but the hosts were very accommodating to my last minute request and it turned out to be the perfect place for us to stay. Right on the beach, close to downtown St Augustine and lots of food/shopping. We had everything we needed! Highly recommend!
