We had a wonderful time. It was great and had everything we needed, only thing missing was coffee filters and all but that's fine because we went and got it all with our groceries. It was a cute, nice, little place that was just what our family needed. The best part was having the washer/dryer, I wouldn't survive our trip without it. The pools were great and we were glad to have a little walk time to get to beach because we ate so much, we needed the exercise. Hehe. Thanks so much for a great place to stay. We needed a place to work remote while in FL and be close to watch our son play in his summer baseball league. This place checked all the boxes! Great location, short walk to beach, wonderful pools and beautiful grounds at this condo complex. Patty was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend this rental to everyone! Lots of great restaurants nearby and fun things to do in St Augustine.

Nice Single Bedroom Condo 
While the property was as listed and expected, the real value for this property was the manager. Ms. Kay was excellent to work with, and she made our brief stay very easy. We have stayed at server VRBO properties in the past few years, and Ms. Kay was definitely one of the best property managers we have worked with. The condo was clean and ready for our arrival, checkout steps were posted on the refrigerator and provide in an email, and even the cabinets had labels to help find certain items. While this room is not just steps from the beach, we liked its location. It is in a quiet facility and its just a short walk across the street to a local coffee shop (one of our favorites) and a local grill and bar. Overall this our family had a great stay, and we will certainly look into renting from Ms. Kay the next time we come to St. Augustine.

Cute, clean place - good as advertised 
This place is everything they say it is. Condo is well stocked, clean, and Patty was responsive. You are a quarter mile walk to a private beach access on a beautiful beach. The one star deduction was because the code she gave us to initially get into the community didn't work and we arrived after hours on Christmas so we had to leave the car at the gate to go get the pass out of the apartment, and then had to wait at the gate to let our kids and nephews in when they came over for dinner.
