The condo was perfect place to spend a long weekend in St. Augustine. The beach was only a short walk away and the chairs, cart and towels provided was everything you needed to enjoy a day in the sand. Patty and Harry were very responsive and provided a very well stocked & very clean apartment. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our babymoon before our baby girl arrives this fall. The location was great and only a short drive to stores, so many great restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. I will say the walk to the beach was a little far for this pregnant lady in the Florida heat, but definitely manageable. I do recommend using a beach cart/wagon if you want to take a tent, chairs, coolers etc. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was the most equipped one of any condo I've stayed it. We hope to come back sometime next summer for our baby girl's first beach trip!

Me and my daughter love our stay at the beautiful villa! Location was perfect for us. We spent 5 relaxing days . It was home away from home type of vacation: cozy apartment, convenient parking, close proximity to the beach and downtown, fully equipped kitchen and so on. Thank you so much !

This was our first time staying at St. Augustine beach, the condo was fantastic! Very comfortable, had all the amenities, close walking distance to the beach, great patio seating overlooking the pool. Would definitely do again. Beautiful condo! Close to downtown as well. It was perfect
