We were very impressed with this property & will likely book again! It's a tri-plex, but there was so much space that you'd never guess that from the inside. We were within walking distance of the beach, all the best spots to eat, & a couple shopping spots. Patty was a pleasure from the beginning. This place was a perfect location for our family of 5. The beach access was close and the beach was not busy at all. It was super close to restaurants, shops, and ice cream.m (all within walking distance). St George street was about 15 minutes away. We found this home to be a cute and comfortable place to stay with a very short walk to the beach. No having to cross any busy streets. The home was very clean. We enjoyed the extra touch of books to read, puzzles to put together, bikes to ride, and toys for the beach. I would definitely recommend this property.

We were in town for an event, so didnt spend much time in the unit, but it was perfect for what we needed and we saved a bunch of money by staying here rather than the new Embassy Suites down the road (where most of the wedding guests stayed). The hosts were super friendly and helpful, picked up their phone when I had a question on the unit and even left a welcome bag for us with some snacks! Only walked over to the beach once, but the access is great without having to cross any roads or go to some other public access. Thank you for having us! - (Dec 2021 - VRBO)

We loved the place. So immaculate. Only a few houses from the beach and near many fantastic restaurants. Loved walking the beach in the am. My wife and teenage daughter rode the bikes that came with the house to the coffee shop each morning too. Short drive to downtown St Augustine. Thanks for having us

We generally visit St. A Beach about three times a year for the past 10 years. We have stayed at multiple rental homes. This is, by far, the best we've been to! The home is modern, clean, well-stocked, and the location is perfect. Added bonuses of beach chairs, a beach wagon, toys and bicycles make the stay even better! The kitchen is also well-stocked with everything one might need, but why cook when you can walk to some of the best restaurants in Florida! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

We have stayed in multiple places in St Augustine and along the beach and this townhome is now our favorite! We can't wait to book another vacation! House is gorgeous and so close to the beach. Very clean, updated unit. Much more spacious than I would have imagined a triplex townhome to be. Garage well stocked with beach necessities. 4 houses down from the beach access path and STILL a super short walk to the beach, even for the pack-mule dad that I am obligated to be. Mrs. Patty is a great host to deal with. Very communicative and professional (and I have bugged for a week since we left). She has returned calls and replied to emails perfectly. Would not hesitate to deal with her again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The townhouse was very clean and nicely decorated with all we needed in the kitchen. The location to the beach was perfect which was a quick and easy walk down the street. The garage was an added plus to keep beach items in! This wonderful townhome is only a half block from the beach with good beach restautants within walking distance and close to the historic town of St. Augustine. It's possible to walk or run from the beach at the end of the road to the Anastasia park beach. The townhome was wondefully maintained. The one minor issue we had (a problematic grill) was handled extremely promptly. We would stay here again, no question.

Excellent communication with the owner; very responsive. The house was nicer than the pictures showed. Lots of room, furniture and beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean! I would recommend this place and would stay here on future trips to St. Augustine!

Our family really enjoyed this stay. The townhouse was much larger than expected. There are three large bedrooms upstairs with two full baths. There is also a large kitchen and half bath off the living room in the first floor. The property was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The location is fabulous. Just a 30 second walk to the beach,which is beautiful, and dog friendly. There are also several casual restaurants and stores nearby. I highly recommend this location.

The house was super clean which is very important in this COVID-19 world that we are living in. It was spacious with our daughter having space to "work from home" and my husband and I able to relax without getting in her space. The kitchen was nicely furnished and the beach theme throughout the house added to the vacation feel. The beach chairs had seen better days, and the water pressure in the bathroom sinks was a little less than we would have liked, but those things were minimal. The garage was handy for our daughter to store her bike and the bikes that were in the garage looked nice but we didn't try them out. The beach umbrellas were great and we used the beach cart every day to take out things to the beach. It was a wonderful vacatation and I would stay again and recommend it highly.
