New laminated tile living area, stairs and entire upstairs bedrooms & foyer.  Ceramic tiled kitchen.  Master host king bed and balcony view of ocean.  Guest has queen & full beds with balcony view of courtyard pool.  Patio and balcony have views of courtyard pools and short walk to beach. Wonderful vacation rental.
(Parents/grandparents check out the children splash park "St. John's County Pier Park" right at the beach/ocean on Beach Blvd.)

We were very happy! The unit was close to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy and not too far from downtown. The unit had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

This is a great townhouse that has views both to the beach (visible a little bit on the left) and to the pool/courtyard. The house is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation..
