Beach Front - New England Charm in St. Augustine, FL
This spacious and comfortable 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Nantucket-style beach house sits right on the Atlantic ocean, just steps from a beautiful and practically empty beach. Exuding New England charm, this three-story house includes an open-concept kitchen, dining area and living room. This main level has two decks where you may dine outside watching the ocean, or the sunset. The house features both sunrise and sunset views - on one side is the beach, and the other preserved wetlands, with an unobstructed view of the intercoastal waterway. There are two Master Bedroom suites - one on the top level with new addition jacuzzi tub and king bed and the other on the ground level with king bed and walk in shower bath. Each suite has a living room. The upper suite has a private balcony overlooking the beach. The lower suite has ground level access. Three other bedrooms, each with a balcony, are on the main level. The beach is just 50 ft. from the house and an outdoor shower with hot/cold water welcomes you on your return.
You are 15 minutes from the center of the happening tourist town of St. Augustine, and are surrounded by high-quality restaurant options, both in the town and on nearby route A1A. Nearby options include everything from high-end seafood restaurants to a gourmet food truck just a short walk down the beach. Marineland Dolphin Adventure is also within walking distance if you are interested in swimming with the dolphins.
With Northeast charm, plenty of amenities, and unbeatable location on a secluded, nearly empty beach, yet close to excellent food and excursion options, Nantucket Beach Dream is too good to pass up. Book the beach vacation of your dreams with this idyllic beach house in St. Augustine, Florida.
Access is now off A1A 1/2 mile North of Marineland. Detailed directions will be emailed on reservation. The secluded access provides complete solitude, only the sound of the ocean-no traffic sounds. Up to two dogs allowed (max 50 lbs each). $200 additional per pet.
NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY, MOTORCYCLE ETC.
This home is located off Old A1A, no longer need 4WD or all wheel drive to access this beautiful property. New access road has been developed behind the homes.

We booked this home based on previous reviews, and we were not let down. We had 6 adults and 4 kids on this vacation, and not once were we cramped. The house had everything you needed for a private beach vacation. When I say private, our group and the next door neighbors were the only ones on the beach. Best choice for a private getaway. If Patty will have us back, we will book with her again, because she was an amazing host. If you are looking at other houses to book in the St. Augustine area and are on the fence about this home, don't miss out on an opportunity to stay here, just book it! You will not be let down.

We absolutely loved the house and the amenities. We stayed 4 other couples and had plenty of room. You definitely need a 4 wheel drive to access the property but the secluded more private beach made relaxing and having fun with family and friends more enjoyable. We are all ready planning a return visit!

Our family of five (3 teens) stayed at this property over the Memorial Day weekend and really enjoyed the proximity of the house to the beach. Also the privacy of the beach was really enjoyable. You definitely need a four wheel drive vehicle to access which is clearly communicated ahead of time. Def would stay here again!
