St. Augustine Beach Vacation Rentals was founded in 2008. I managed a large ocean front property on St. Augustine Beach. I purchased The Villas of Ocean Gate II #106 ,which is in my rental program, in 2007. Newest property built on the ocean side. 1416 sq ft and beautiful. I closed on Dec. 31, 2007 and it rented for Jan – Mar. 2008. The other new owners at The Villas realized my rental activity and started asking I manage their new units. I still have the majority of the rentals in phase II. It is still the newest property built on the ocean side. I sold unit 106 to wonderful owners in 2015 and I am their rental manager.
I own a condo on St. Augustine Beach and live within 5 minutes of my properties. My assistant, Harry Cohn, and I are available 24/7 and only accept upscale properties. My staff also consist of a Quality Control manager that checks the units after the cleaning staff. We provide a starter kit of basics so our guest are comfortable upon arriving.
