The townhouse and the complex were amazing!! There's an ocean view from upstairs! Loved how well-equipped the unit was! Everything and more was there! I loved the bikes. The pool and location to the beach, was so easy to get to. The location on the island was also very close to restaurants, ice cream, pier, and to the beautiful historic area. We stayed for a month and wanted to stay longer if it was available, loved the stay so much. Would love to stay here again. - (Jun 2023 - VRBO)

Absolutely wonderful place! Spotless and the owners thought of everything, from starter coffee pods (I was sooo happy), snacks, toiletries, nice luxurious towels, beach towels. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and very comfy bed. We are already planning our next visit! You will not find better property hosts.

Very clean and comfortable right on a beautiful beach. Quick drive downtown to see the ancient city and a short ride back to relax on the beach and do it again the next day. Perfect location and stay. Management team was fantastic.

This unit was the best of both worlds. Right on beach and next to pool. It was also next to all the amenities.food,shopping, and putt putt. Must try the island donuts when you stay.

First off Patty was great to work with, and then comes the good stuff .... the place was clean, and organized (which I love) so many extras that you don't get with most rentals extra bedding even extra mattress. The kitchen was FULLY stocked, plus we had a much appreciated goodie basket waiting for us when we arrived. There was a list of places to go, things to do, suggestions for food. The extra touches just kept coming, there were bikes, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas.... what I am trying to tell you is this is a wonderful place to hang out with family relax and get away from it all. We had the most wonderful time and hope to be back soon Big thank you to the owner for the goodie basket it was much appreciated ??

Condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. There is nothing you would need to bring with you to enjoy your stay. Anything you could possibly need is provided and labeled so that it's easy to find. Patty Kay was extremely attentive and accommodating. She answered every email and call and even decorated for my daughters birthday before we arrived. Just a few minutes walk to the beach with grocery stores and restaurants only a few minute drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

The property at Ponce was beautiful! Super cute and clean, big master bedroom, comfy beds, and great view of the pool and ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this property- mini golf next door, pool right outside in the courtyard, and the beach within a few minutes walk. Overall property was very well-kept and clean. Our unit was (#40) very spacious and had everything we needed to make this our home away from home for our visit. We were welcomed with a sign welcoming us and a fruit basket from the owner which we enjoyed during our stay. Our property manager, Patty, was the best we've ever had on any of our numerous vacations. Neighbors in the complex were friendly. We highly recommend Patty and this vacation complex. We will definitely come back!

Well organized home enjoyable place to stay. 
The property management and organization of this location is just what we as a family LOVE. We literally could have left most items at home because the condo already had whatever we needed. Very well labelled all around the condo to find whatever your looking for. Only negative (not fault of Condo). The unit next door had a maintenance man/family that may have been related to Cheech and Chong. All other neighbors were just like being around family. Had a great time!

Enjoyable stay at Ponce Landing 
I just returned from a week long stay at this condo in Ponce Landing. the condo unit was recently refinished, everything was new as described in the listing. I liked the proximity of the unit, with regard to A street and the publix shopping center, yet right on the beach with 2 pools to choose from for my 7 year old son. Patty was very accommodating and helpful. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again
