The layout of this house was the best part. My husband and I went early and my sister, her husband and son joined us. They had their own living spaces which gave everyone privacy. The access to the beach was amazing. The property managers were super kind and great to work with.

Our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) really enjoyed this property. The kids had their own living area. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The house was steps away from the pool and a short walk to the beach. We also walked to mini golf. The house had everything we needed. Will definitely consider staying here again. This house had plenty of room for all 7 of us! It was close to everything we needed. Short walk to the beach, pool, ice cream , mini golf and restaurants! We absolutely loved it!! The house had everything for us to be comfortable! Thank you so much for having us!! We will definitely book this house again for our St Augustine trips!!!

The house was great! Really well stocked and everyone felt comfortable. Close enough to everything, but far enough to not be too busy. The beach was amazing, with just a short walk from the house. All the extras (towels, beach toys and chairs) that we didn't expect came in super handy! We left a couple boogie boards to add to the collection. We hated to leave but were already talking on our trip home about when to come back!

The location is close to shops, the beach, and to historic downtown. Our cottage had a family feel to it. We found everything we needed for 6 adults as well the 2 children and 1 infant. We all slept well on the beds. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and grilling. We loved mornings on the covered deck. We had mornings on the beach and afternoons in the clean and cool pool! We hope to stay here agian next summer. Already looking at our dates for next summer! A fabulous summer vacation!
