We are a family of 6 and this condo was perfect for us. So much room! It was a nice neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Patty was so easy to work with and we will come back and stay here!!

Spent Memorial Day weekend at this property. Very clean, with well-kept upholstery and furnishings. Short walk to the beach and good location for travel most area attractions. Overall, very good experience and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sea Place. The walk to the beach was incredibly short. Everyone that we met staying at the resort was so friendly. The location was near groceries, some great restaurants and was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The beach was so beautiful and clean. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

What a wonderful home for a peaceful, relaxing break. The home was cozy, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed to just come in and feel like we were home. The location, pool and proximity to the ocean allowed easy access to everything we wanted and the whole complex was well so kept. I was considering several properties and I'm so glad I listened to my intuition and stayed here. I don't think anything could have made it more perfect. We look forward to coming back!

Lovely clean condo, updated with well stocked kitchen. Large TV in livingroom with additional TV in each bedroom. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Two balconies with comfortable furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Private beach access via a boardwalk to beach where you can walk for miles. Great retreat; E-Z check-in 
The condo is pleasantly decorated without being overly "beachy". Most condos we've stayed in scream BEACH. Overall comfortable furniture. However, the master bed is very firm (hard). Kitchen is well equipped. The boardwalk to the beach and the pool are within a very short walking distance. (Door to the condo is on one side of the building, pool and boardwalk are on the other side) The condo has a nice beach cart available, as well as a few other beach items that you may need on your visit. Of all of the condos we've ever stayed in, this by far has the easiest check-in/check-out. It is all automated and over the phone. No rush to the rental office to get keys, passcodes, etc. And the owner seemed quite pleasant on the phone. The master bedroom window does have an obstructed view of the pool, but that did not bother us. It actually provided privacy. Overall, this is one of the best condos we've stayed in while visiting St Augustine. Others in our group would comment on how much nicer and up to date our condo was compared to theirs. Any "negative" comment about this condo is strictly from our personal preference (hard bed) and not an indication of poor quality of the condo. Everything in this condo is top notch. This was a much needed getaway since it was my wife and I's first real trip out of the house in 4 months. Check in was super easy and the location to the beach was spot on. The condo was very spacious and had plenty of amenities (we actually could have packed less) which was really good since we didn't go out and about except for the beach this trip. There was a slight (shrimp?) smell in the fridge but this is the beach so nothing that would take away from the overall experience. We had a great time and can't wait to get back!
